The Eagles have also clearly been doing homework on the wide receiver position leading up to the 2019 NFL Draft. They’ve actually hosted more receivers on official pre-draft visits than any other position. And most of the receiver prospects they’ve shown interest in have slot ability.Agholor is currently set to be a free agent in 2020. It seems possible that the Eagles have approached him about an extension in order to lower his cap figure and keep him around long-term. If that’s the case, it seems like the two sides can’t agree on his value.
