Happy post-win Monday Womens Harrison Smith Jersey , everyone! Now THAT was a fun game to attend. US Bank Stadium was rockin’, especially during the first quarter. Seeing the offense look like an actual offense again was a welcome sight for fans, and that place was LOUD. Getting to the game was a bit of an adventure. Kiddo and I took off Saturday morning to join my wife in the cities so he could attend his first game. Well, he got sick along the way. Not sure what it was, he never gets sick, but he threw up 6 times between Fargo and Minneapolis. We got there....eventually, and thankfully, he was better by yesterday morning, and he got to go to the game. He loved it Jaleel Johnson Jersey , and I’m guessing it will be his first of many more in the near future. Coincidentally enough, this past weekend is also the same weekend in 2013 when we took our daughter to her first game. It popped up on bookface as one of those “5 years ago today” things, I thought that was pretty cool. An even further coincidence is that the Vikings won that game in 2013 as well. I guess we need to get kiddo to more games.Offense: Dalvin Cook showed you why it’s a good idea to use the running game, and it was a lot of fun to watch him run yesterday. I love seeing kids like him succeed, so it’s especially fun for me to watch him dominate. Murray added some nice runs as well, andhe helped the Vikings grind down the clock to finish it off. Cousins had a pretty good day, minus the pick-6, and helped put together some solid drives. On days when the running game is working like it is, the quarterback doesn’t need to throw for 300 yards http://www.thevikingslockerroom.com/authentic-riley-reiff-jersey , he just needs to make throws to get first downs, and Cousins did just that. He also threw a beauty to Aldrick Robinson in the end zone in the fourth quarter.Defense: Rock solid. The one long run they allowed to open the second half was for 75 yards and 7 points (with the XP). Minus that run, the defense allowed 3 points and 182 yards on the day. They allowed 108 passing yards, and they sacked Tannehill 9 times for 71 yards, for a total of 37 net pass yards allowed on the day. That’s........impressive.Concerns: That horrible and easy pick-6, Cousins has to be smarter with the ball than that. The timing of it was also crappy (not that there’s ever a good time for a pick-6), as the team had just gone up 21-0, and was looking to put the Dolphins away early.I also didn’t like to see the offense die for 2 quarters, but it was nice to see them come back to life in the 4th. In the end Womens Everson Griffen Jersey , it was a fun game to watch, and I’m glad I got to be there. Defensive end Everson Griffen was faced with a decision this offseason that many other NFL Players have faced at points in their careers.Griffen needed to take a pay cut or get cut by the Vikings as they moved toward the 2019 season. Griffen chose the pay cut and spoke to reporters about that choice from the team’s facility on Tuesday.Griffen said http://www.thevikingslockerroom.com/authentic-mike-hughes-jersey , via Chris Tomasson of the , that the pay cut was a “tough pill to swallow,” but a 2018 season that featured a drop in production and an absence to deal with mental health issues left him little choice if he wanted to realize his goal of being a Viking for his entire career.“I had a rough year. … When I came back, I didn’t play that well … I knew when the free agency came up it was going to lead to taking a pay cut,” Griffen said.Griffen is signed for three more years and the Vikings would get a lot of cap space back by moving on from him after this season. The veteran said he’d deal with those issues when the time comes, but is focused on putting forth a better on-field effort at the moment.
