The first and the foremost rule in choosing a figure skating dress is to know what this dress will be used for. What purpose does it have to serve? According to their functionality the figure skating dresses may be essentially classified into 3 groups: practice dresses Tremaine Edmunds Rush Jersey , testing dresses and competition dresses.
3. Everything you need to know about a practice figure skating dress The practice dresses are intended to be used daily. When choosing a practice dress, go for a comfortable, perfectly-fitting, durable, washable, stretchable dress of preferably a neutral quiet color. Consider a practice dress to be your work uniform and select a simple style with no or little adornments. Nothing should distract you from the skating routine. On the other hand Josh Allen Rush Jersey , high quality material is a plus for a practice figure skating dress. You want to buy a dress that will not get stretched and loose its color after the first washing. In view of the above reasons, we recommend buying practice dresses of trusted brands that will be well tailored and made of professional sport fabrics.
4. Characteristics and application of a test figure skating dress The testing dresses take a middle position between the practice and competition figure skating dresses in terms of simplicity and functionality. The testing dresses are used when performing for judges in order to determine the level of skating proficiency. Simplicity and elegance is the best mix for this purpose. As a testing dress must serve to accentuate the good points of your performance it should be perfectly snug and fit like a second skin. When shopping for a testing dress we recommend choosing solid colors and simple flattering styles. Don’t forget it is your skating skills and not the overall impression (unlike in competition) that the judges will evaluate at testing. <"https:elitexpressionenfigure-skating-dresses" style="text-decoration:none;" target="_blank" >ice skating costumes Kanye West, left, and Kim Kardashian West, centre and singer Katy Perry attend Givenchy's ready to wear fall-winter 2015-2016 fashion collection during Paris fashion week, Paris Star Lotulelei Jersey , France, Sunday, March 8, 2015 in Paris. (AP PhotoJacques Brinon) Katy Perry and Kim Kardashian were the queens of the night at Givenchy's star-studded dusk show in Paris, rocking all-black Givenchy outfits side-by-side as Kanye West, also in black Vontae Davis Jersey , lurked in the back.
The remaining celebrity attendees, actresses Jessica Chastain, Amanda Seyfried and Noomi Rapace just didn't stand a chance.
Other shows were all about creature comforts, with Kenzo treating bleary-eyed guests to coffee and cookies and singer Lorde, who's sold over 17 million records at the tender age of 18, took a moment to relax Adolphus Washington Jersey , shying away from interviews in the new spring sun inside the Grand Palais.
Here are the highlights of fall-winter ready-to-wear 2015 shows:
PERRY AND KARDASHIAN ARE GIVENCHY'S DARK QUEENS
"Black is always elegant. It is the most complete color in the world," said Givenchy's designer Riccardo Tisci.
With that in mind, the Italian-born designer scored a coup — dressing two of the world's most famous women in his own monochrome looks at the fall-winter womenswear show Sunday — the big ticket of the evening.
The newly-blond Kardashian wore a figure-hugging jumpsuit, with black lacing over a very revealing cleavage, hugging and smiling Perry who stayed demure in a loose black lace shawl.

KENZO SAYS LAYERING IS IN
This season's mantra is: pile it all on. We've seen it notably at Lanvin, Dries Van Noten — and now at Kenzo's draped Taron Johnson Jersey , voluminous and colorful fashion spectacle.
It takes a lot to drag fashionistas out early on a Sunday morning to a venue on the outskirts of the city. But Kenzo rewarded those who did — feeding them tasty delights — and treating them to an incredibly energetic presentation, in which gargantuan rectangular mirrored walls moved behind models in the warehouse venue.
The collection too continued this energy in its vivid splashes of kinetic graphic lines and flashes of contrasting, colored prints.
But fall-winter was all about the layering. Geometric lines featured on layered A-line column dresses, topped off with funky asymmetrical poncho-hoods.
One billowing printed look featured a play on jarring prints — the skirt looking Eastern, the leopard print top, Western.
Kenzo is all about the cultural fusion. The dark looks featured a nice play of camouflage print on a poncho and assorted jungle pants: if you looked closely you realized the pattern was Harrison Phillips Jersey , in fact, of very unmilitaristic flowers. It was tongue in cheek, and is bound to be a hit.
CELINE UNDRESSES
Designer Phoebe Philo riffed on the theme of undoing, undressing and unbuttoning in a highly creative collection that ended up being more chic than provocative. The Celine woman is, after all, no show-off.
Inner pocket straps were exposed on the torso John Miller Jersey , one in beautiful burnt orange, with its belt flapping down, undone.
A loose and stylish cream minimalist poncho sweater looked like the model was caught trying to take it off, with one arm in and the other out, and the neck-hole skewed to the side. A cream shawl with a russet band was wrapped haphazardly around the body, as if ready to fall off onto the floor.
Half-unbuttoned Shaq Lawson Jersey , loosely-structured floral shirts were accessorized with multiple huge, abstracted fur cuffs — held together by the normally-invisible string that goes inside the coat.
The later sections included a beautiful play on triple colors like one loose, silk ankle-length dress in deep blue, white and red. Only a designer like Philo can make a collection this "quirky" ooze style.
